I provide my services and process payments through Jane App. Jane App may collect your name, gender, date of birth, emergency contact, family doctor, address, payment method, email address and a client intake questionnaire.
All information provided to Jane App is kept in the Jane App platform.

Other data
This can include communications shared through email, text messaging, social media messaging, social media, voice calls, voice messages or any other form of communication that you send me. The information collected through these means will be retained in their respective platforms, with the exceptions of:
- Voice calls: I may make notes of the voice calls for the purposes of documenting information relating to the services being provided to you.
- Voice messages will be deleted after being processed, due to storage limit. I may also make notes of the information left in the voice messages.
- Email: I may make notes of the emails sent for the purposes of documenting information relating to the services being provided to you.

The information collected through these platforms may include your IP address, browser type, device type and other non-personal information, for the purpose of ensuring that the website is properly displayed on your device.

Please be aware that the information you provide will be kept confidential and cannot be shared with others without your consent with the following exceptions: If there is reason to believe a child is at risk of abuse or neglect, if there is a risk of serious harm to self or others, or when requested by a court of law.

Retention period may vary depending on the information received, I may have to retain certain information longer to ensure I am complying with any legal, accounting or private practice requirements.
Emails: Retention is dependent on the services being provided by Outlook. However, emails may be deleted after a period of 6 months.
Text messages: Retention is dependent on the information share and may be deleted after 6 months.
Voice mails: Voice mails may be deleted immediately after being listened to.
Hand written notes: All hand written notes will be destroyed once electronically transcribed into the Jane App client records system.
