Extended health benefits may partially cover the cost of counselling.

Contact your health insurance provider and ask if you’re covered for counselling sessions with a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).

Yearly fees calculation

Please note that fees will increase by $5.00 January 1st of each year. (This increase does not include the lower cost counselling sessions which are calculated based on the minimum wage in BC)
IMPORTANT NOTE: This increase does not impact the lower cost sessions.
If you have extended health benefits, you can check to see if they partially cover counselling sessions with an RCC or RSW. You will have to submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Because Kirsty is a registered social worker, your counselling costs are tax deductible. Remember to keep a copy of your receipts so that you can file them with the CRA for a tax deduction.

Lower cost counselling

I have also reserved some lower cost counselling spots ($55/Session) for individuals 19 and up experiencing financial hardship and no extended health coverage.
